Adaptación de los famosos cómics de Las Tortugas Ninja, que relata cómo cuatro tortugas se convierten en criaturas bípedas. Desde pequeños, fueron entrenados por la rata Ninja, Splinter, y fueron nombrados de acuerdo con los pintores del Renacimiento: Raphael, Michelangelo, Donatello y Leonardo.
